Check Authorization Form.
This sample authorization form can be used for monthly billing, recurring billing, one-time debits, or open draft authorizations.

Check Endorsement Document.

This document can be set up to endorse your checks or drafts in bulk by using your printer instead of using an endorsement stamp or signing.

- Endorsement  in doc format [Top Check]
- Endorsement  in doc format [3 Per Page]

    Simply set this document up one-time,
    then put your drafts into your printer's
    paper tray upside-down and backwards.
    Then hit print and your draft will be 
    endorsed.  For multiple drafts, simply 
    print that number of copies.
