RoutingTool™ has always provided simple validation, providing the bank name, city, state and bank phone number for free.

Now, CheckWriter™ users get instant routing number verification and auto-validation, plus auto-fill of the bank name, city and state on all manually entered checks.

Plug-in BetterCheck™ and verify the bank account. Enjoy the security of risk assessment with one click, or for all of your un-deposited items.

You choose to verify only choice payments, or verify based on batches of payments. (Transaction fees apply.)

Text-a-Check™ allows satellite offices, or allows drivers to collect checks on the road or remotely, but  without having to drop them off or mail them to the home office.  In fact, there is no requirement to ever touch the check – just photograph the check with a smart phone through the Text-a-Check™ app.

Text-a-Check™ transmits images securely,  for immediate deposit with CheckWriter™.  Everything is automated except the printing.  You could have 1 or 100 drivers or remote collection sites, and have everything in one single batch, using automation.

You can also use Text-a-Check™ in REAL BALANCE VERIFICATION mode and collect the payment fully verified for valid account status, and an OK that there are enough funds in the bank at time of verification.

Also, WebDebit™ has a WooCommerce plug-in that allows your customers to select “Pay-By-Check” and check out that way.  Payments entered can be set up to show up in CheckWriter™ ready to print or can be sent through various forms of verification.

Also, coming back to WebDebit™ are the PAY NOW, ORDER NOW, MAKE PAYMENT buttons and links, as well as improved insurance premium payment forms, donation forms, and other innovative payment by check options.
