Text-a-Check™ – Get a verified check from your customer
How do you “Text a Check”?
Text-a-Check™ is the only system of its kind. Text-a-Check™ allows a merchant to send a payment request by email or text, and get back a signed check, ready to deposit with CheckWriter™, or your own 3rd party ACH or check drafting software.
Until now, texting a check has always been insecure. Traditional text messages [SMS and MMS] can relay their data through public servers where the cached information can be harvested by data thieves.
Merchants can request verified or unverified payments from their customers, clients, patients or debtors.
Once the payer gets the request, they will…
– Download the Text-a-Check™ App
– Link it to their bank account (optional)
– Photograph their check and SEND
Once you receive their Text-a-Check™, just import it into CheckWrtier™ software or any other check processing solution, print the Remotely Created Check [RCC], and deposit the item into your bank the same day, with no fees.
Text-a-Check™ is available as an additional service to CheckWriter™ users or as an alternative to BetterCheck™ account verification. New customers who do not have an existing customer number from Boston Commerce, Inc. will be required to complete a KYC / AML form or wizard before setup.
